Optimum Amount of Water

Hydration is crucial to overall health and well-being, but how much water should we be drinking?
 
This can be a rather controversial subject with different health professionals saying a diversity of different opinions.
 

Rather than stating supposable fact, let’s keep it simple. Most health professionals agree on one thing, and that’s aim for your urine to be a light Champagne colour.
 
Myself for years have been in the consistent habit of drinking 6L of water a day, but this isn’t something I’d recommend to do.
