What ever diet you decide to go on is fundamentally your own choice. No one has a gun to your head, telling you to lose weight! 🔫
Yes diets aren’t all created equally and there are many diets I wouldn’t recommend.
But any diet to work for weight loss must have these key elements:
1. You must be able to adhere to it!
(or what’s the frigging point of you doing it?) 2. Place you in a Calorie Deficit.
(burn more than you consume)
