❗️What you do today often predicts where you will end up tomorrow. 🤦♂️If you keep doing the same thing over and over again, how can you expect your life to change? It won’t. ✅Write down your goals and define actionable steps you will take to achieve those goals EVERYDAY! Your progress compounds overtime and you’ll realize how much you are able to accomplish! If you ever hear yourself saying “I don’t have time” or making up another excuse, try saying “It’s not a priority” and see how it feels. It won’t feel right and that’s the point. - Try it: ’I’m not going to help you with your homework, because it’s not a priority.’ ’I don’t want to go to the doctor, because my health is not a priority.’ If these phrases don’t sit well, that’s the point. Changing our language reminds us that time is a choice. If we don’t like how we’re spending an hour, we can choose to spend it differently. 🤔What are you making a priority today to bring you one step closer to your goal?
