Small Group PT Sessions

- Strength

A methodical approach to building solid foundation.

Learn how to perform all range of movements, lifting weight in a controlled safe manor, building real strength, develop muscles and prevent the negative side effects of ageing. The only type of tone is muscle tone, you can only get tone from lifting weights.

- Hype & Fusion

A super fun, highly energetic functional conditioning full-body workout, improve your energy levels, metabolic rate, recovery, endurance and burn a shed load of calories in the process. 

- Schedule

6:00, 7:00, 8:40, 9:40, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30 Monday - Friday.    Saturday 8:00 & 9:00


We work with you to create a dietary protocol aligned with your goal. Depending on your experience with your dietary habits and relationship with food, we will work together to derive a plan to suit your preferences & health needs..

Ongoing Support

Besides making any necessary adjustments to your programming, we will provide you with ongoing support and guidance to ensure you get the best results and the support you need. Keeping you accountable, making sure you attend the gym. We have a wealth of educational materials as well as video resources to help you throughout your journey.
