Hello! I'm Oli, an experienced Personal Trainer and the creator of ReDiscipline.
I created ReDiscipline to offer my clients the ease and flexibility, of training when suits them. We can all agree that life can get in the way, so let's create solutions that fit into your lifestyle and work for you!
Whether you wish to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, increase your flexibility, become more mobile, perform rehabilitation, compete as a professional athlete, or are just a keen gym enthusiast. I will work with you personally to support you through every step of your journey, to help you achieve your goals.

No need, I can adapt your program at any time. This is not a 1 size fits all program. This is a personal service, tailored to you, with your needs and fitness goals at the centre.
Who is Oli?
The best Diet is the one you already have! Eating the foods that you enjoy, allows you can adhere to your nutrition plan better. You might just need better structure and learn how to make better choices, and that's where i can help.
ReDiscipline has its very own nutritional tracker build into the app, this will help you track what you are eating and how many calories you are consuming.
I know some people don't like to track calories, and that's ok. Nutrition planning has to work for you, I will support you in finding the method, that works best for you. If required, i can create customised meal plans for specific dietary needs.
I do not advocate any pointless supplementations, shakes, detox's, or pills etc. I only recommend proper food. These plans are made specific to you, only including foods that you like to eat. I will monitor your food intake closely, daily, offering 24/7 support as well as accountability to make sure you stay on top of your nutrition.
