Everyone’s perception is different. It does not mean it’s right or wrong, it’s unique to that person.

Most people struggle with Confidence Self belief Self worth

as they Perceive them self in a way that they believe that others perceive them. Read that again... A great example is a quote by Thomas Cooley “I’m not who you think I am; I’m not who I think I am. I am who I think you think I am.” I LOVE THIS QUOTE! As this relates to 99% of people.

Stop worrying about what others may or may not think of you, and focus on being the best version of you.

Focus on what you can control, not what is outside of your control. If I want a “better” car, I’ll strive to achieve the car I desire not what someone els desires.

If I want to Improve my physique, I will strive to achieve the best physique I can, instead of being envious of others.
