Here's a list of some low calorie high satiety food to eat while losing weight.
Obviously there are far more options than this but these are a great "core" group of foods with low caloric density.
Notice the common theme with all of them? They are all WHOLE FOODS. Foods that came straight from a plant or animal - not foods that came from a factory and sat packaged on a shelf for a couple months.
Ask yourself before you eat a meal... how much change occurred to this food from being a plant or animal to me eating it now.
If the answer is little to no change, good! That food is probably very nutrient dense and chances are very filling.
