Sugar In Drinks You Do Not Need

If you felt tired at work, would you walk over to the coffee stand, mix 8 teaspoons of sugar into some water and down it?

Of course not, but in retrospect this is what most people do when they reach out for a candy bar, or sugary drink.

One of these drinks a day, 5x a week is equates to 40 teaspoons of sugar per week. Over 1 working year (48weeks) is equivalent to 1,920 teaspoons of sugar a year.

In the grand schemes of things, this is likely but a fraction of the total amount of sugar you consume.

Being aware of what you consume, in particular when focusing on losing weight can make the difference between achieving weight loss, or failing to succeed.
