CALORIE DEFICIT!!! Which ever method of Diet you choose, the aim is to adhere to a caloric deficit.
No product, supplement, or device can achieve this, only by consuming less than you body burns, can you achieve a calorie deficit.

Pick a diet that you can see yourself doing in 3 months time, a years from now, 5 years from now... that’s the best diet for you!
My advice, understand what your TDEE is. (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) this will give you, your base understanding of how many calories you need on average a day, to stay the same weight.
Then choose the deficit you would like to adhere to, -250... -500.. -750 etc.
