You'll be speaking with me, Oli directly. I have over a decade of personal training experience and have had the pleasure of helping over 3,000 people transform their lives. I own 2 gyms, as well as being a registered nutritionist and a registered mental health coach. My aim is to create a bespoke plan that is specific to you, your needs, relationship with food and your physical ability.
