What kind of workout programs can I expect?

Your workout program will be specific to your fitness goals, whether thats to lose weight, build muscle, rehabilitation, or something more sport specific.

What is included in my challenge?

Your challenge will consist of a personalised exercise program tailored to you, daily and / or weekly calorie target, nutritional tracking, 24/7 support, daily accountability, body measurement tracker, and lots more.

How will I be kept accountable?

You will receive 24/7 support with Oli's direct contact number, weekly check in's, and daily accountability to make sure you stay on track.

Can I contact my trainer anytime I need them?

Most definitely! This is not your typical online personal training service. Oli is a passionate and highly experienced real, world class Personal trainer, with thousands of transformed happy clients. He'll be supporting you every step of the way. Oli will reach out to you regularly, but you are free to contact him any time you need him.

What if I have an injury?

Your program is tailored to you, if you suffer from an existing injury your program will include modifications in your training to promote rehabilitation and strengthening. If you sustain an injury during your program, you will be supported by Oli with modifications / changes that can be implemented at anytime. Oli will also refer you to seek medical assistance if required, as well as liaising with your designated medical professional e.g. physiotherapist to support your recovery while still progressing with your program.

Do I need a Gym membership?

Ideally yes, this allows for varied exercises, however adaptations can always be made to accommodate your training environment, as long as you have access to equipment.

What if I don't know how to use Gym equipment?

Every exercise has a video demonstration and a how to guide, if in doubt, Oli is always on hand to review any specific exercises you are struggling. Just video yourself and send the footage over to Oli, to get feedback. Never perform an exercise incorrectly again!

Do I have to take before and after photos or measurements?

Yes, it's the best way to track your progress and see your body transform before your eyes.

What if I am a beginner?

80% of people starting our program are complete beginners, so don't worry you're not alone!

How long until I see results?

If you’re consistent with your training; at 4 weeks you'll begin to notice changes, at 8 weeks you'll be able to see physical differences, and at just 12 weeks you'll have a complete sustainable body transformation.

After I sign up, how quickly can I get started?

Your personalised program will be ready for you within just 24 hours of signing up.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
