Watford Member of the month goes to AMY!

Amy is back on track following a slump. She’s consistent with training, most weeks hitting 5x a week and is seeing a drop in the scales. She’s smashing her goal of dropping 0.5lb, especially for last week as she lost 3lb. She’s tracking her food with a food diary and is also going on regular walks. She's even dragging other members out with her.
