There has been a huge rise in the hype of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Unfortunately like most hyped up ‘health food’ Fads, the claims are nothing but misleading information stirred up by the companies that produce the products. This creates a demand for the product, increasing sales.
With the use of clever marketing and media platforms, they falsely claim multiple health benefits, but with no real scientific studies to back them up. This is why when reading articles about health products like apple cider vinegar, the study’s they ‘mention’ are rarely referenced.
One of the only true benefits to apple cider vinegar is to help reduce acid reflux.
Don’t believe everything you read. Certainly don’t believe anyone that pitches a product with a “discount code”.
