Carbs Don't Make You Fat

CARBS DON’T MAKE YOU FAT! TOO MANY CALORIES DO!

But why do people lose weight when they cut out carbohydrates?

Because they’re removing a food group that previously made up a portion of their daily energy intake, therefore they have created a calorie deficit, which led to weight loss.

Weight loss comes down to calories. If you’re in a surplus you will gain weight (regardless of how you divide up your Macros). If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.

There is no difference to low carb or low fat diets when it comes to weight loss.
