Fat loss is gradual and consistent, weight loss is sporadic and can fluctuate. Some people rave about losing 10Lbs in 2 weeks, but this isn’t something to rave about, the reality is they haven’t lost 10 Lbs of fat! . 1Lb of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. If they lost 10 Lbs in 2 weeks, that would require a calorie deficit of 2,500 calories on average a day... No one can achieve that!
