Protein Shake


Protein shakes are a supplement. They supplement a diet, they should not be used to replace! Protein shakes are a convenient, fast and effective way to add more protein into your diet but they are not a necessity. Aim to get protein from a variety of good nutritious whole foods. Don’t listen to the hype, marketed to sell you expensive whey proteins, whey is whey, all whey is the same!
