šFat Loss Dietsšā£ ⣠š³...because there are a TON of them.⣠⣠š¢Too often people struggling to lose fat are constantly in a state of wondering if their diet is ābestā or if they should switch to another one.⣠⣠š Hereās what you have to understand...⣠⣠š ...like, this is really super duper important...⣠⣠𤯠ANY & EVERY single diet on the planet worksāONLY if youāre in a calorie deficit.⣠⣠š¤ Now, Iām not saying food quality doesnāt matter at all but the first box that has to be checked no matter what is to take in less total calories than what your body burns.⣠⣠š¤ Thereās no way around this one.⣠⣠š You know what happens if you do any diet in a calorie surplus? You store fatāregardless of the food.⣠⣠š¤ Now, donāt go off the deep end & eat only cake & gummy bears in a deficitāthatās not a good idea either.⣠⣠š What you should, is take in most of your calories from more nutritious, whole foods but still be in a deficit.⣠⣠š Donāt feel like you have to marry a certain diet, sleep in bed with it, & teach it as a religion to your children.⣠⣠š© The comment section might get sticky so Iāll see you down there!ā£
