šŸ“Fat Loss DietsšŸ“ā£ ⁣ 😳...because there are a TON of them.⁣ ⁣ 😢Too often people struggling to lose fat are constantly in a state of wondering if their diet is ā€˜best’ or if they should switch to another one.⁣ ⁣ šŸ”‘ Here’s what you have to understand...⁣ ⁣ šŸ˜ ...like, this is really super duper important...⁣ ⁣ 🤯 ANY & EVERY single diet on the planet works—ONLY if you’re in a calorie deficit.⁣ ⁣ šŸ¤” Now, I’m not saying food quality doesn’t matter at all but the first box that has to be checked no matter what is to take in less total calories than what your body burns.⁣ ⁣ 🤭 There’s no way around this one.⁣ ⁣ šŸ˜ You know what happens if you do any diet in a calorie surplus? You store fat—regardless of the food.⁣ ⁣ šŸ¤“ Now, don’t go off the deep end & eat only cake & gummy bears in a deficit—that’s not a good idea either.⁣ ⁣ šŸ What you should, is take in most of your calories from more nutritious, whole foods but still be in a deficit.⁣ ⁣ šŸ˜‰ Don’t feel like you have to marry a certain diet, sleep in bed with it, & teach it as a religion to your children.⁣ ⁣ šŸ’© The comment section might get sticky so I’ll see you down there!⁣
