Breakfast On The Go Making Good Choices


There’s so many new ‘breakfast drinks’ available now.. the most are jam packed of sugar.

If you’re stuck for time to eat - there’s MANY better options. The doughnut isn’t one of them either🙄

A yogurt. A decent protein shake. A piece of fruit, overnight oats. Prepare something to grab the night before. Preparation prevents poor performance.
