Calorie Deficit


Weight loss can only be achieved when in a calorie deficit. 1 Pound of fat in the human body is equal to 3,500 calories. Divide 3,500 by 7, (7 Days in a week) this equals 500 calories. Exert 500 calories more on average a day, than your body needs, this will result in a loss of 1 Pound per week! CALORIE DEFICIT! Don’t complicate weight loss, MOVE MORE AND EAT LESS!
