Exercise because you are training for something, don’t just exercise because you feel you have to.
Many athletes have weight categories they must stay within, but they eat the right balance for optimum performance, they don’t “Diet”. They train accordingly to their chosen sport, they don’t just exercise for the sake of it.
Even though you’re not an athlete, there’s no difference, you should have a defined reason to train, and eat for optimum health.
