I wish I could tell you thereās a magic pill. But there isnāt. Ha! Believe me, unicorn fairy dust doesnāt exist. š©I know, itās the last thing you want to hear. You want the easy way out. But I want to make something clear: it takes TIME to make changes and see progress. Patience and Consistency. šļøāāļøI have been working on my physique for 8 years. If you think youāre going to achieve your dream body in a year, never mind 3 months, I want you to know that youāve set yourself up to be disappointed and frustrated. š¤·āāļøNow, Iām not saying this to be mr grumpy pants. ā š¤Iām saying this because I care about you and want you to set REALISTIC goals. Why??? Because... ā Setting realistic goals will allow you to actually ACHIEVE them. ā If you achieve those goals, it will show you that youāre MAKING PROGRESS. ā Seeing your progress will MOTIVATE you to be CONSISTENT. šSee? Itās a loop. And if you keep going thru the loop, you will achieve the body you want. You will nail that pull-up. You will hit that strength goal. ā ļøBut you need to be patient. Cause shit, this stuff takes time. You arenāt going to be good at something when you first start! The same principle goes for losing fat or getting stronger. š¤Stay humble. Remember, you didnāt become overweight in one week, you arenāt going to make a crap ton of progress in a week either. šWhen you feel like progress is SLOW, remember to embrace the turtle. Slow progress vs no progress. And slow progress = sustainable. š¤If you enjoy the things youāre doing everyday instead of chasing the outcome, youāll be much happier in the process. ā¤ļø
