Weight loss isn’t a sprint, but it’s not a marathon either.


Both of these statements would suggest there’s an END date. Of course, you won’t always be trying to LOSE weight, but if your goal is to maintain a healthy body for the rest of your life, then the changes you’re implementing right now, need to be changes you can see yourself sticking to for the rest of your life!
