Yes it would be nice but it doesn’t work like that. You didn’t get to where you are at currently in a few days or even months so don’t expect the reverse to happen when you start a healthier journey. Long term sustainable AND healthy results come from slow and steady progress with ups and downs along the way. Focus on the goals, embrace the journey, and learn from the hurdles that will come up. You’ll appreciate how far you’ve traveled when you do this and make reaching your goal even that much better.
