The right way to think about food

No food is “Bad Food”! The best diet is the one you already have. You might just have to make a few changes to get the desired results you wish to achieve. Love what you eat! ❤

Don't complicate weight lose. To lose weight you must be in a caloric deficit. No meal replacement shake, detox tea, herbal remedy, aloe vera juice, detox or pill is going to help you lose weight. These are fad products sold to take advantage of peoples insecurities.
