This weeks win of the week goes to @Melissa Morrissey for her attitude in her first post holiday session!
She walked in early and immediately weighed herself in and then took herself outside into the sunshine to get warmed up.
She worked super hard and got a bench press Pb of 30kg for 10.
Really nice to see you looking out for other mesmsbers too. You're a pleasure to have in the gym!
