Christmas Tree Protein Skewers:


Ingredients:

Turkey or chicken breast slices

Cherry tomatoes

Mozzarella balls

Basil leaves

Wooden skewers


Instructions:

Cut the turkey or chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.

Thread the turkey/chicken, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls onto the wooden skewers in a pattern to resemble a Christmas tree.

Repeat until you have enough skewers for your guests.

Place a basil leaf at the top of each skewer to represent the tree topper.

Arrange the skewers on a serving platter in the shape of a Christmas tree.

Optionally, you can drizzle with a balsamic glaze or a light dressing for added flavor.
