When you weigh in multiple times a week it is inevitable that you will see fluctuations. We don’t compare what these stats are day to day. Instead we identify the trend.

You can see this person had fluctuations from the times they weighed in in the first picture. But then when we zoom out looking at the second picture, we can actually identify what is happening to their weight. ITS GOING DOWN!
