Can you believe it’s the end of January🥶? This post is to announce our ✨January member of the month✨


A big well done to Harvey🙌🏼


Harvey is one of our most consistent members. He has made a lifestyle change to prioritise getting himself to the gym as well as sticking to his calories and tracking what he is eating. He has lost a total of 7.95kg but also has started to move with correct movement patterns. This is important as Harvey came to us post rehab of spinal surgery.
